Where is the data hosted?
AWS Bahrain (me-south-1) and AWS UAE (me-central-1). All learner data stays inside the GCC unless your institution explicitly enables cross-region replication.
Does it meet UAE PDPL and KSA PDPL requirements?
Yes. DeepTech is built with UAE PDPL 2021 and KSA PDPL 2023 in mind: granular consent management, data localisation, learner-initiated access/erasure flows, breach notification workflows, and a published DPO contact.
