LMS Education, operated by APQOR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, wants you to be fully informed about when refunds and cancellations are available. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on course purchases and subscription cancellations.

Individual Course Purchases

Money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a course, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30 percent of the course content and no certificate has been downloaded.

Eligible for full refund

Request within 7 days, less than 30 percent course completion, no certificate downloaded, and original payment method available.

Refund conditions

  • Time Limit: Within 7 days of purchase date.
  • Progress Limit: Less than 30 percent course completion.
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days from approval.
  • Refund Method: Original payment method such as card, UPI, net banking, or wallet where supported.

Non-refundable cases

Not eligible for refund

  • More than 30 percent course content accessed or completed.
  • More than 7 days since purchase.
  • Course certificates already downloaded.
  • Free courses or promotional access.
  • Courses purchased during special sales unless stated otherwise.

Technical issues

If technical issues prevent course access, you may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days regardless of completion percentage. Contact support@lmseducation.in with details of the technical problem.

Subscription Plans

Subscription cancellation

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Access Continues: You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
  • No Auto-Renewal: The subscription will not renew after cancellation.
  • Reactivation: You can reactivate later at the then-current rates.

Subscription refunds

Pro-rated refund rules

  • Within 48 hours: full refund, minus processing fees where applicable.
  • Within 7 days: pro-rated refund for unused period.
  • After 7 days: no refund for the current period; access continues until the period ends.

Subscription types

  • Basic: Monthly billing, cancel anytime.
  • Pro: Monthly billing, cancel anytime.
  • Premium: Monthly billing, cancel anytime.

How to request a refund

  • Email Request: Send your request to refunds@lmseducation.in.
  • Include Information: Registered email address, course or subscription name, order or transaction ID, reason for refund, and any technical issue details.
  • Review Process: Our team reviews requests within 2-3 business days.
  • Approval Notification: You will receive email confirmation of the decision.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund approval criteria

  • Compliance with eligibility criteria including time and completion limits.
  • Legitimate technical issues affecting course access.
  • Valid reason for dissatisfaction.
  • Purchase history and account standing.

Payment Gateway and Processing

Processing fees

  • Razorpay payment gateway fees may be non-refundable.
  • Processing fees are typically 2-3 percent of transaction amount.
  • Fees may be deducted from refund amounts where applicable.

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Usually 5-7 business days after approval.
  • UPI: Usually 3-5 business days after approval.
  • Net Banking: Usually 5-7 business days after approval.

Currency and exchange rates

  • Refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless payment provider rules require otherwise.
  • Exchange rate fluctuations are not compensated.
  • International card fees and intermediary charges are non-refundable.
