Is the cybersecurity lab suitable for engineering colleges?
Yes. DeepTech's cyber labs are designed for B.Tech / M.Tech CSE, IT, AI&ML, and ECE programmes, plus BCA / MCA. They map to the AICTE model curriculum and to most state university cybersecurity papers.
Do we need to set up a campus VMware or GPU lab?
No. The entire lab — Kali desktop, multi-machine targets, SIEM stack — streams to a browser tab. Students join from any campus PC, personal laptop, or even mobile, with no local install.
How are students graded?
Instructors set milestones (exploit a host, find a flag, write an incident report). The platform auto-grades on attack telemetry — first-blood, time-on-task, completion — and exports CSV / SIS-ready marksheets.
Can we host an inter-college CTF on it?
Yes. The built-in CTF platform supports team registration, dynamic scoring, per-challenge writeups, and live leaderboards. We've powered campus-wide CTFs with 500+ concurrent players.
Is it safe — won't students attack real systems?
All attack activity is contained inside an isolated lab network. Targets are intentionally vulnerable machines on a private VPC. Egress to the public internet from attacker boxes is blocked by default.
