White-label LMS

Also known as: branded LMS, white-label learning platform

A white-label LMS is a learning platform deployed under the institution's own brand — its logo, colours, domain, certificates, and emails — with no reference to the underlying vendor visible to learners.

A white-label LMS serves the institution's learners on the institution's domain (for example, learn.youruniversity.edu) with the institution's branding throughout — login screens, navigation, certificates, email templates, mobile app icon, and OG images. The underlying SaaS vendor is invisible to the learner.

What makes a true white-label, not a "skin"

  • Custom domain with TLS certificate the institution controls.
  • Custom favicon, logo, OG image on every page.
  • Branded email sender (DKIM/SPF/DMARC) — receipts, password resets, course notifications.
  • Branded certificates with institution seal, signatory, and verification URL on the institution's domain.
  • No vendor footer, no "powered by" badge in the learner-facing UI.
