Sign in to DeepTech with the Google Workspace account your institute already issues. Domain restriction keeps strangers out.

DeepTech LMS supports Google Workspace SSO via SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0. Domain-restricted sign-in, group-based role mapping, and just-in-time account creation make it a low-friction option for universities already on Workspace for Education.

What's supported

Domain-restricted sign-in

Only accounts on your verified Workspace domain can authenticate. Personal Gmail accounts are blocked.

Just-in-time account creation

First sign-in creates the LMS account; subsequent sign-ins re-use it. No CSV roster import required.

Group-based roles

Map Workspace groups → DeepTech roles. A faculty group in Workspace becomes a faculty role on the LMS.

Calendar & Drive on courses (optional)

Course modules can deep-link to Google Drive files and Google Calendar events when configured for a course.

Does this work with Workspace for Education Fundamentals (free)?

Yes. SAML 2.0 SSO works on every paid and free Workspace tier that exposes the SSO admin console.

Can faculty use their personal Gmail to log in?

No. Domain restriction is enforced at the assertion level — only accounts on the verified Workspace domain are accepted.

How is this different from Google Classroom?

Google Workspace is the identity layer; Google Classroom is a teaching app. DeepTech sits next to Classroom (or replaces it). See our comparison page for the full picture.
