Razorpay payments for DeepTech LMS
Take INR payments on DeepTech with the rails Indian learners actually use — UPI first, then cards, netbanking, and EMI — settled to your Razorpay account.
DeepTech LMS integrates with Razorpay for INR payments. UPI is the default, with cards, netbanking, wallets, and EMI also available. GST-compliant invoicing, signed webhook receipts, and refund automation are included.
Trademark note: Razorpay is a trademark of its respective owner. This page describes DeepTech's support for Razorpay; it does not claim partnership or certification unless explicitly stated on our security or compliance pages.
What's supported
Capabilities are described as they exist in DeepTech today. We'll confirm anything we don't list here on a discovery call.
UPI intent + QR is offered first; cards, netbanking, wallets, and EMI follow. Designed for the Indian learner.
Funds settle directly into your Razorpay account, not ours. We don't hold learner payments.
GST is calculated and itemised at checkout; tax invoices are issued in your institute's name with HSN/SAC codes.
Payment-success webhook auto-enrols the learner and issues access without manual intervention.
Refunds initiated from the admin console flow back to Razorpay and trigger access revocation.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need our own Razorpay account?
Yes — funds settle into your Razorpay account, not ours. You connect your Razorpay credentials in the admin console.
Which payment methods are enabled by default?
UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, and EMI. You can disable any of them per programme if you want a leaner checkout.
How are refunds handled for revoked enrolments?
An admin-initiated refund triggers the Razorpay refund API; the learner's access is revoked on webhook confirmation and the refund is logged in the audit trail.

Need a different integration?
DeepTech exposes a documented REST API plus webhooks, so most institutional systems can be wired in. Send our engineering team your stack and we'll scope it.
