Microsoft Teams live sessions for DeepTech LMS
Schedule Teams live sessions from the course module. Recordings and attendance flow back through your Microsoft 365 tenant.
DeepTech LMS schedules Microsoft Teams meetings inside the course module via the Microsoft Graph API. Recordings and attendance reports flow back to the module when your Microsoft 365 plan supports them.

What's supported
Capabilities are described as they exist in DeepTech today. We'll confirm anything we don't list here on a discovery call.
Teams meetings are created via Microsoft Graph and attached to the module.
Where your Microsoft 365 plan allows Teams recording to OneDrive/SharePoint, recordings auto-attach to the module.
Teams attendance reports import to the gradebook with configurable 'present' thresholds.
Learners and faculty join Teams as their Entra ID identity — same identity they used to sign in to DeepTech.
Frequently asked questions
What Microsoft 365 plan do we need?
Any plan with Microsoft Teams + Graph access works for scheduling. Recording, attendance, and live captions vary by plan (A1/A3/A5 for education). DeepTech adapts to what your tenant exposes.
Does this work for non-Microsoft tenants?
Scheduling requires Microsoft 365. For non-Microsoft tenants, use Zoom or Google Meet instead.
Where do the recordings live?
On your tenant — in OneDrive/SharePoint — not on DeepTech servers. The LMS embeds the player and surfaces the link.

Need a different integration?
DeepTech exposes a documented REST API plus webhooks, so most institutional systems can be wired in. Send our engineering team your stack and we'll scope it.
