Where is my data stored if my institution is in Nigeria?
Default deployments use AWS Cape Town (af-south-1) for Nigeria customers. Cross-border data flows are restricted to the institutional admin's choice, with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Compliance frameworks supported: NDPA / NDPR, NUC / NBTE reporting.
Can you invoice in NGN?
Yes. Institutional invoicing in NGN via SWIFT / wire transfer is standard. For learner-side payments where applicable, we support card processors active in Nigeria. The invoicing entity is APQOR Technologies Private Limited.
Is a pilot possible for an institution in Nigeria?
Yes — a 30-day no-cost pilot with a branded portal, up to 250 learner accounts, and full feature access. Most Nigeria pilots run remotely with weekly working sessions; on-site sessions are available for ministry-level engagements.
Is the platform usable on low-bandwidth connections common in Nigerian campuses?
Yes. Video lessons stream adaptively (down to 144p), assessments work over 2G/3G connections, and a progressive web app caches lessons for offline review on Android — important for Northern and remote-state campuses.
Can you support payments via Paystack or Flutterwave?
Yes for learner-side payments in NGN. Institutional invoicing is via NGN bank transfer or USD SWIFT depending on contract size and procurement preference.
