LMS for United Arab Emirates institutions — bilingual, accredited, regionally-resident
DeepTech is an institutional LMS by APQOR Technologies serving UAE universities, federal academies, and corporate L&D — bilingual Arabic / English delivery, AWS UAE (me-central-1) data residency, AED institutional invoicing, and CAA / KHDA / CDA-aligned reporting.
Built for how United Arab Emirates institutions actually run
Arabic / English bilingual from day one

Default deployments on AWS UAE (me-central-1) keep learner records inside national borders, aligning with the Federal PDPL and CDA / KHDA institutional expectations.
Built for federal accreditation cycles
Programme-mapped competency tracking and outcome evidence in the formats the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) and KHDA reviewers expect at periodic reaccreditation.
Emiratisation-ready workforce academies
Multi-tenant branded academies for federal authorities and large private employers, with cohort-level analytics for Emiratisation targets and Nafis-linked programmes.

United Arab Emirates institution questions
Where is my data stored if my institution is in the UAE?
Default deployments use AWS UAE (me-central-1) for the UAE customers. Cross-border data flows are restricted to the institutional admin's choice, with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Compliance frameworks supported: UAE Federal PDPL, CDA Dubai, CAA / KHDA reporting.
Can you invoice in AED?
Yes. Institutional invoicing in AED via SWIFT / wire transfer is standard. For learner-side payments where applicable, we support card processors active in the UAE. The invoicing entity is APQOR Technologies Private Limited.
Is a pilot possible for an institution in the UAE?
Yes — a 30-day no-cost pilot with a branded portal, up to 250 learner accounts, and full feature access. Most the UAE pilots run remotely with weekly working sessions; on-site sessions are available for ministry-level engagements.
Is the platform aligned with the UAE Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA)?
DeepTech provides the artefact set CAA reviewers expect — programme-level intended learning outcomes, course-to-outcome mapping, attainment evidence, and assessment moderation. Accreditation submissions remain the licensed institution's responsibility.
Do you support KHDA-mandated reporting for Dubai institutions?
Yes — enrolment, faculty, programme, and outcome fields can be exported in the structure KHDA's annual reviews use. The university registrar remains the accountable party for submission.
