LMS for Saudi Arabia institutions — bilingual, accredited, regionally-resident
DeepTech is an institutional LMS by APQOR Technologies serving Saudi Arabia's public universities, TVTC institutes, and Saudization workforce academies — Arabic / English delivery, AWS Bahrain (me-south-1) regional residency, SAR institutional invoicing, and NCAAA / ETEC-aligned reporting.
Built for how Saudi Arabia institutions actually run
Arabic-first delivery and proctoring
Native Arabic UI, RTL layout, Arabic-first AI proctoring scripts, and Hijri-calendar event scheduling. English remains a parallel language for postgraduate and engineering streams.
Aligned with NCAAA programme reviews
Intended learning outcomes, course-to-outcome mapping, programme specification documents, and SSRP-ready evidence artefacts in the formats the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA) expects.
Data resident in the GCC region
Default deployments on AWS Bahrain (me-south-1) for Saudi customers keep data inside the GCC region, supporting Saudi PDPL alignment and NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls.
Workforce academies for Vision 2030 priorities
Branded multi-tenant academies for Saudization programmes, HRDF / Tamheer cohorts, and Vision 2030 sectoral upskilling — energy, mining, tourism, entertainment, and digital.
Saudi Arabia institutional segments
Public universities (KAUST, KFUPM, KSU, KAU, IMSIU, PNU)
Technical and vocational training corporation (TVTC) institutes
Saudization-focused workforce academies under HRDF / Tamheer
Corporate L&D for Aramco, SABIC, STC, SNB, and similar
Saudi Arabia institution questions
Where is my data stored if my institution is in Saudi Arabia?
Default deployments use AWS Bahrain (me-south-1) for Saudi Arabia customers. Cross-border data flows are restricted to the institutional admin's choice, with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Compliance frameworks supported: Saudi PDPL, NCA ECC, NCAAA / ETEC reporting.
Can you invoice in SAR?
Yes. Institutional invoicing in SAR via SWIFT / wire transfer is standard. For learner-side payments where applicable, we support card processors active in Saudi Arabia. The invoicing entity is APQOR Technologies Private Limited.
Is a pilot possible for an institution in Saudi Arabia?
Yes — a 30-day no-cost pilot with a branded portal, up to 250 learner accounts, and full feature access. Most Saudi Arabia pilots run remotely with weekly working sessions; on-site sessions are available for ministry-level engagements.
Is the platform suitable for an ETEC / NCAAA programme review?
Yes — DeepTech produces the artefact bundle reviewers ask for: programme specifications, intended learning outcomes, course-to-outcome mapping, attainment evidence per cycle, and survey instruments. Final submissions remain the institution's responsibility.
Does it support Hijri calendar scheduling?
Yes. Course schedules, assessment windows, and certificate validity periods can be displayed and computed against the Hijri calendar alongside the Gregorian calendar.
