LMS for Singapore institutions — bilingual, accredited, regionally-resident
DeepTech is an institutional LMS by APQOR Technologies serving Singapore's universities, polytechnics, and SkillsFuture training providers — multilingual delivery, AWS Singapore (ap-southeast-1) data residency, SGD institutional invoicing, and PDPA-aligned data handling.
Built for how Singapore institutions actually run
PDPA-aligned data handling, AWS Singapore residency
Default deployments keep learner records inside Singapore on AWS ap-southeast-1, aligning with PDPA obligations on cross-border data transfer.
SkillsFuture and CET-ready reporting
Trainee enrolment, attendance, assessment outcomes, and grant-acquittal evidence in formats compatible with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) reporting templates for approved courses and TPG operations.
Multilingual delivery for Singapore's workforce
Native English, with parallel Mandarin / Malay / Tamil delivery for community-college and adult-learning programmes. Subtitles and lesson text translated end-to-end with reviewer sign-off.
AI proctoring for autonomous-university summative assessments
Faceless AI proctoring, locked-down browser, and audit packets exportable on the institution's S3 bucket — suitable for autonomous-university summative exams under faculty oversight.
Singapore institutional segments
Autonomous universities (NUS, NTU, SMU, SIT, SUSS, SUTD)
Polytechnics and ITE colleges
SkillsFuture-funded TPGs and CET providers
Corporate L&D academies for DBS, OCBC, Shopee, Grab, and similar
Singapore institution questions
Where is my data stored if my institution is in Singapore?
Default deployments use AWS Singapore (ap-southeast-1) for Singapore customers. Cross-border data flows are restricted to the institutional admin's choice, with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Compliance frameworks supported: Singapore PDPA, ISO 27001.
Can you invoice in SGD?
Yes. Institutional invoicing in SGD via SWIFT / wire transfer is standard. For learner-side payments where applicable, we support card processors active in Singapore. The invoicing entity is APQOR Technologies Private Limited.
Is a pilot possible for an institution in Singapore?
Yes — a 30-day no-cost pilot with a branded portal, up to 250 learner accounts, and full feature access. Most Singapore pilots run remotely with weekly working sessions; on-site sessions are available for ministry-level engagements.
Is the platform compatible with SkillsFuture and SSG-approved course reporting?
Yes — DeepTech produces the trainee, attendance, and assessment artefacts that SSG-approved course operators and CET providers submit. Grant claim submission remains the operator's responsibility.
Can we run multilingual summative assessments in English and Mandarin?
Yes. Each question and rubric can be authored in multiple languages and served based on the learner's chosen language; AI proctoring scripts are available in English and Mandarin.
