Where is my data stored if my institution is in Egypt?
Default deployments use AWS Bahrain (me-south-1) for Egypt customers. Cross-border data flows are restricted to the institutional admin's choice, with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Compliance frameworks supported: PDPL (Law 151/2020), SCU e-learning framework.
Can you invoice in EGP?
Yes. Institutional invoicing in EGP via SWIFT / wire transfer is standard. For learner-side payments where applicable, we support card processors active in Egypt. The invoicing entity is APQOR Technologies Private Limited.
Is a pilot possible for an institution in Egypt?
Yes — a 30-day no-cost pilot with a branded portal, up to 250 learner accounts, and full feature access. Most Egypt pilots run remotely with weekly working sessions; on-site sessions are available for ministry-level engagements.
Does the platform support full Arabic RTL, including course authoring?
Yes. The learner interface, faculty dashboard, and course-authoring tools all render in right-to-left Arabic. Content authored in Arabic is displayed with correct RTL typography and bidirectional text handling.
