Online certificate management & verifiable credentials
Issue tamper-evident digital certificates with a public verification URL, signed metadata, and an API — for every course, programme, and FDP.
What's included
Everything you need to deliver this on day one — not after a six-month implementation.
Each certificate has a public verification URL that confirms authenticity without contacting the issuing institute.
Upload your institute's certificate template; merge variables (name, programme, dates, grade) at issuance time.
Issue thousands at once from a CSV, or via API on completion events from your own systems.
Revoke an erroneous certificate (verification URL marks it as revoked) and re-issue a corrected one.
Who it's for
Add-on certificates for value-added courses, MOOCs, internships, and co-curricular completions.
Bodies awarding industry certifications with bulk issuance and long-term verification commitments.
Internal compliance and skills certifications with role-based access to the verification log.
How it works
- 1Upload your template
PDF, PSD, or HTML template with merge variables for recipient fields.
- 2Wire the issuance trigger
Course completion, programme completion, or external API call from your own system.
- 3Issue & verify
Recipient gets a PDF + JSON credential and a verification URL anyone can check.
Frequently asked questions
Can recipients add the credential to LinkedIn?
Yes — recipients can post the credential to LinkedIn with the verification URL embedded, and the page renders correctly when scraped by LinkedIn's preview system.
What stops someone from forging the PDF?
The verification URL is the source of truth. Any forged PDF can be checked against the verification URL — a mismatch is immediately visible. PDFs also carry signed metadata.
Can we revoke a certificate after issuance?
Yes. Revoked certificates remain in the verification log but are visibly marked as revoked. A re-issued certificate is linked back to the revoked one for audit.
