Online exam software for universities
Schedule, deliver, and proctor secure online exams at scale — without lab-PCs, without paper, without travel.
What's included
Everything you need to deliver this on day one — not after a six-month implementation.
Multi-signal AI monitoring (face, gaze, audio, browser focus) with reviewer dashboards and tamper-evident logs.
Item-level and section-level randomisation, time-bound papers, negative marking, and partial-credit rubrics.
Optional secure-browser mode that blocks tab-switching, copy/paste, screen sharing, and second-monitor abuse.
Moderation workflows, blind double-marking, statute-aligned revaluation queues, and signed mark-sheet exports.
Who it's for
End-semester, mid-semester, and supplementary exams for engineering, medical, law, and business programmes.
Entrance exams, professional certifications, and lateral-entry assessments with central question-bank governance.
Geographically dispersed candidates writing the same paper at the same time with auditable integrity.
How it works
- 1Author the question bank
Import from Word/Excel, tag by Bloom's level + unit, version with revision history.
- 2Schedule the exam window
Pick a time window, candidate cohort, proctoring profile, and grade-release date.
- 3Deliver under proctoring
Candidates write the exam; AI flags suspected violations; reviewers confirm with frame-by-frame evidence.
- 4Moderate, publish, and archive
Run double-marking, publish results, freeze a signed audit log for the statutory retention period.
Frequently asked questions
Is the proctoring evidence admissible if a student appeals?
Every session produces a signed audit log with timestamps, AI flag reasons, frame samples, network events, and reviewer notes. The log is retained for the duration set by your statute and can be exported as evidence.
Can we restrict the exam to specific IP ranges or devices?
Yes. Sessions can be gated by IP allow-list, device fingerprint, or institutional SSO. Combine with browser lockdown for hall-based or supervised exams.
Does the platform support Indian languages?
Yes — question papers, instructions, and proctoring prompts can be authored or auto-translated into 22 Indian languages, with separate language streams per cohort.
How is data residency handled?
For Indian institutes the platform runs in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). Exam papers, candidate recordings, and audit logs stay in-region and are encrypted at rest with KMS.

DeepTech is a hybrid learning platform that delivers live classes, asynchronous content, attendance, assessments, and credentialing across in-person and remote cohorts on the same course.
DeepTech runs faculty development programmes (FDPs), MDPs, refresher courses, and ATAL/AICTE training cohorts with attendance, credentialing, and report exports aligned to NEP 2020 faculty-skilling expectations.
DeepTech captures the day-to-day teaching-learning evidence (attendance, assessments, learning outcomes, certifications, feedback) that NAAC SSR, NBA SAR, and NIRF data-capture formats require — and exports it in audit-ready packs.
DeepTech issues verifiable digital certificates with public verification URLs, signed metadata, PDF + JSON deliverables, and bulk issuance APIs. Suitable for course completion, FDPs, MDPs, and professional certification programmes.
DeepTech runs cohort-based bootcamps (3–12 weeks) with live mentors, project review queues, peer feedback, attendance + engagement scoring, and verifiable credentials at completion.
DeepTech runs continuing education and executive education programmes with self-paced enrolment, INR + multi-currency payments, course catalogues, and verifiable credentials — extending the university's reach beyond degree learners.
DeepTech runs compliance training for regulated programmes — POSH, anti-ragging, data protection (DPDPA), lab safety, statutory CPD — with attestation capture, recertification cycles, and audit logs that regulators recognise.
