Compliance training LMS for regulated programmes
Run mandatory and statutory training — POSH, anti-ragging, data-protection, lab-safety, CPD — with attestation, recertification cycles, and audit logs.
What's included
Everything you need to deliver this on day one — not after a six-month implementation.
Pre-built tracks for POSH, anti-ragging, DPDPA awareness, lab safety, and code of conduct — customisable to your statute.
Each learner attests completion with a signed event-log entry, retained for the regulatory retention period.
Auto-trigger recertification at the cadence the regulation requires; auto-revoke when a recert is missed.
Per-cohort, per-employee, per-regulation compliance reports for inspections and audits.
Who it's for
Statutory mandatory-training programmes for faculty, staff, and students.
Engineering, medical, and applied-sciences institutes with mandatory lab-safety induction.
Institutes implementing DPDPA awareness training for fiduciaries, processors, and student-data handlers.
How it works
- 1Pick or upload the curriculum
Start from a pre-built track or upload your statute-specific content.
- 2Assign to cohorts
Assign by role, department, programme, or cohort; set due dates and recertification cycles.
- 3Track, report, archive
Real-time compliance dashboards; report exports for inspections; archived evidence for the retention period.
Frequently asked questions
Is the attestation legally meaningful?
Each attestation captures the learner identity, content version, timestamp, and IP — retained in a tamper-evident log. This is the same evidence pattern most internal audit teams accept for mandatory training.
Can we set different retention windows per regulation?
Yes. Retention is configurable per programme and aligned with the statute the training serves.
What about training content we already own?
Existing SCORM, video, and PDF content can be uploaded and assigned. We keep version history so audits can prove which version a learner completed.
